Tommaso Gambella

Tommaso Gambella has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they completed an ERASMUS PLACEMENT at the University of Granada. In 2013, they were the Logistic and Diffusion Coordinator of the Congress “Cuarto Coloquio de Investigación en Psicología” at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 2016, they were an EVS European Voluntary Service at the AYUNTAMIENTO DE MARACENA. In 2017, they were a Talent Manager at Associazione Culturale EUTOPIA and a Clinical psychologist assistant at I.C.A.R.O. Istituto di Consulenza Analisi Ricerca ed Orientamento. In 2019, they were an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Walters. In 2020, they were an HR at Correos Express. In 2021, they were an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist RPO at Randstad. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Partner at BOLD and a Talent Partner at Global {M}.

Tommaso Gambella has a diverse educational background. Tommaso obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Università degli Studi di Urbino 'Carlo Bo' in 2010. Tommaso then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Developmental and Child Psychology, Educational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova in 2014. In 2015, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Developmental and Child Psychology from Universidad de Granada. Most recently, they obtained a Human Resources Management degree from EAE Business School in 2019.
