Thomas Sainsbury has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Thomas started their career at AT&T in 2015, working as a Business Solutions Consultant - Account Executive until 2018. Thomas then joined ABS Communication in 2018 as a Customer Success Enterprise Accounts manager, where they worked until 2020. Thomas then transitioned to Bolt On Technology, an automotive company, where they held multiple roles. Thomas started as a Customer Success Manager Strategic and Enterprise in 2020 and later moved on to become the Customer Success Operations manager in 2022. Currently, Thomas holds the position of Business Operations Manager at Bolt On Technology.

Thomas Sainsbury began their education journey in 2003 at J.W. Mitchell High School, where they studied without obtaining a degree or specializing in any field of study. Later, from 2020 to 2022, they attended Pasco-Hernando State College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Data Analytics with a concentration in Cyber Security.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas Sainsbury also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In December 2021, they became a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 through SuccessHACKER. Following this, in March 2022, they obtained the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. In April 2022, Thomas Sainsbury successfully acquired the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the same institution. Most recently, in December 2022, they completed the Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere course offered by Google. Thomas Sainsbury continued to expand their knowledge by obtaining the Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions certification from Google in May 2023.
