Paige Madrid Kegley has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries.

Paige started their career at Radford University, where they served as a Dean of Students Office Student Assistant and later became a University 100 Student Instructor.

Afterwards, they joined the University of South Carolina Beaufort, where they held multiple roles including University 101 Instructor, Assistant Director of Student Life, First Year Outreach Advisor, and had various internships focusing on Leadership Development & Service Learning and First Year Experience.

In 2014, Paige moved to Clemson University, where they worked as an Associate Director of Student Transitions and Family Programs and later became an Assistant Director of Admissions for the MBA Program.

Currently, they are working as a Talent Management Generalist at Bolton & Menk, Inc.

Paige Madrid Kegley completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice at Radford University from 2002 to 2006. In 2005, they also briefly studied Criminal Justice at The University of Auckland. Later on, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Counseling Education in Student Services from Georgia Southern University, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Paige Madrid Kegley has obtained various certifications. Paige received the Greenzone Certificate- Veteran and Military from Clemson University in May 2018. In May 2017, they obtained the Ally Certificate in LGBTQ studies, also from Clemson University. Prior to that, they earned the Safe Zone Ally certification for LGBTQ support from the University of South Carolina in March 2013. Lastly, in December 2012, they acquired certification in QPR (Question, Respond, Report) from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort.
