Monica Sena Kundu

Monica Sena Kundu has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Monica Sena currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Dyslexia Organization Kenya. Prior to this, they held various roles at BOMA, including Director of Information Technology Solutions and Information Technology Manager. At BOMA, they successfully managed the data migration to a new Salesforce system, increased user adoption through tailored trainings, and reduced support calls through the development of user guides. Monica also worked as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Participant Assistive Products, where they led a successful AI-enabled chatbot pilot project. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Information Technology Specialist at STAMP CLEANTECH LIMITED and a Support and Project Lead DMS at Impax Business Solutions Limited. Monica began their career as a Technical Consultant at Techbiz Ltd and worked as an IT Support Specialist at United Methodist Mission Schools.

Monica Sena Kundu completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Egerton University from 2009 to 2013. In 2023, they also became an alumni of Simplilearn. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including DEVOPS LAUNCHPAD FOR SALESFORCE, Microsoft Technolody Associate: Windows 7 Operating System Fundamentals, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
