Ben Tse is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company since October 2021, Ben oversees a multi-unit property, handling annual budgets and client relations. Prior to this role, Ben was Director of Dining Services at The Olympic Club, managing food and beverage outlets and banquet events. Ben's experience spans prestigious establishments including the InterContinental Hotel San Francisco and the St. Regis Resort, where skills in high-end service and team coordination were honed. Ben began a career in hospitality after earning a degree from San Francisco State University in 2009 and also held various management positions in other restaurants and hotels, along with an initial role as a Data Analyst at Google.
