Ryan Cavender

Ryan Cavender is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Culinary Director at Five Star Senior Living since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Dining Services Director at Pegasus Senior Living from December 2023 to September 2025. Ryan has also worked as Director of Dining Services at NEXDINE Hospitality and Homestead Estates of Wichita, and served as Culinary Instructor/Catering Coordinator at Union Rescue Mission of Wichita, where culinary skills were taught to aspiring prep cooks.
