Andrew Morgan

Andrew Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew currently holds the position of President at Bon Secours Mercy Health, overseeing the Tiffin and Willard Hospitals. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Toledo Rural Market at the same organization.

Before joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, Andrew worked at AdventHealth Tampa, where they held various finance-related roles. These included Assistant Vice President Finance, Director of Finance, Finance Manager, and Finance Resident.

Additionally, Andrew served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial Systems at 180 Degrees Consulting, a student consultancy working with non-profits. Andrew was also the Financial Vice President at Adventist Intercollegiate Association and held several leadership roles at Union College (Nebraska), such as President of the Class of 2013 and Peer Advising Director.

Andrew gained initial experience as an intern in the finance and revenue management departments at Adventist Health System. Andrew began their career as a Supply Chain Technician at Centura Health.

Andrew Morgan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Union College (NE) in 2013. Andrew then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University between 2018 and 2020.
