Kendra N. Smith, AICP MPH MSUS has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Kendra N. is currently serving as the Vice President of Community Health at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they provide thought leadership and oversight for community health priorities across multiple markets. Previously, Kendra worked as the Director of Social Determinants of Health at ProMedica, where they oversaw a $50 million community revitalization commitment focused on health. Kendra N. has also held leadership positions at Preferred Properties, Inc. of Ohio and the Toledo Museum of Art, where they managed housing development and fundraising campaigns respectively. Earlier in their career, Kendra worked at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, where they served as a Senior Planner and Associate Planner, managing various planning activities and community engagement initiatives. Kendra N. also gained experience in real estate development and community organizing at the Lawndale Christian Development Corporation and the St. Clair Superior Development Corporation. Kendra's range of experiences demonstrate their expertise in community health, housing development, and strategic planning.

Kendra N. Smith, AICP MPH MSUS has a varied education history. Kendra N. obtained their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Policy & Management from Kent State University in 2022. Kendra N. also has executive education in Leadership, Organizing, and Action from Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Urban Studies-Neighborhood & Community Development and a Graduate Certificate in Local & Urban Management, both from Cleveland State University.
