Nicole Rider, CCP, has a long and diverse work experience in the field of compensation. Nicole started their career at US Bank in 1997, where they worked as an Insurance Administrator and later transitioned into roles such as Retail Risk Analyst and Business Ops Analyst. In 2004, they became a Senior Compensation Consultant at US Bank, where they managed compensation-related matters and conducted market pricing for jobs. Nicole also administered long-term incentive plans and reviewed compliance and legal issues. Nicole left US Bank in 2010 and joined Kao Brands as a Global Compensation Manager. In 2011, they joined Fifth Third Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Compensation Consultant and later became an Assistant Vice President, Executive Compensation Consultant. In 2014, they worked as a Compensation Professional on a contract basis with Aquarius Professional Staffing. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Hillenbrand, first as a Compensation Manager, then as Director of Global Compensation, and finally as a Total Rewards Leader. In 2020, they joined Bon Secours Mercy Health as the Director of Executive Compensation and later became the System Director of Executive Compensation. In 2021, they were promoted to their current role as System Director of Compensation. Nicole Rider, CCP, holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, obtained from 2018 to 2020.
