Jim Morano

Jim Morano has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Bonafide Provisions since March 2021.

Prior to their current role, from 2016 to 2019, Jim served as the President and Partner at Rao's Specialty Foods, Inc. During their tenure, they played a key role in restructuring the company and achieved a remarkable 32% increase in top-line sales. Jim utilized data analysis and strengthened relationships to identify growth opportunities and bring new skills to the sales team.

From 2013 to 2016, Jim worked as the CPD Team Leader at L'Oréal Maybelline NY ~ Garnier. Before that, from 2012 to 2013, they held the position of Regional Manager at L'Oréal Maybelline NY ~ Garnier, where they successfully piloted the use of a sales agency in the NY Metro area.

From 2010 to 2012, Jim served as a National Account Manager at Maybelline NY~Garnier. Prior to that, they held various positions at A&P from 2004 to 2010, including Director of A&P Own Brands/Palisades International. In this role, Jim led a team responsible for supporting the sales of private label products worth $1 billion.

Jim's earlier experience includes serving as Division Manager at CROSSMARK from 2002 to 2004, overseeing Mid-Atlantic brands and managing major clients such as Gerber, Mead Johnson, and L'Oréal. Jim also served as the Division Manager of Ahold and Director of Operations at CROSSMARK, leading a specialized team dedicated to expanding vendor representation and selling CROSSMARK's services to Ahold's operating companies.

Before joining CROSSMARK, Jim was a Senior VP at Keystone HOWLEY-White from 1987 to 2000 and a Regional Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery in 1985.

Jim Morano attended Saint Michael's College from 1975 to 1979, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
