Eran Karoly

As Head of Customer Operations, Eran is responsible for the on-boarding of new brands to the Bond platform, helping them integrate with Bond’s many BaaS services while ensuring a smooth and efficient go-live process. Eran also oversees the technical support Bond provides its brand customers after they go-live.

After playing pivotal roles at Tipalti and Apto Payments, where he oversaw technical operations and customer support, Eran is now focused on doing the same at Bond.
