Shane Mangrum is a physician with experience in multi-specialty practices, medical device development, physical medicine & rehabilitation, and occupational medicine. In 2021, they began working as a Physician at Axion Spine & Neurosurgery, a practice with a focus on spine and musculoskeletal pain. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Co-Founder of Bone Health Technologies. Shane Mangrum received a Bachelor of Arts in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University between 1991 and 1997. Shane then attended the University of Utah School of Medicine and obtained a M.D. degree between 1997 and 2001. Following this, they completed a Transitional Year Resident at the Mayo Clinic Florida Campus in 2001 and 2002. Shane then completed a PMR in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Utah between 2002 and 2005. Shane is also Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation by the AMBPR.
