Julius Minarik is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef and previously as Chef De Cuisine at Bonita Bay Club since September 2015, Julius has demonstrated leadership and expertise in kitchen management. Prior to this role, Julius held the position of Executive Chef at News Stand Cafe from July 2010 to July 2015, and at Chez Boet from September 2004 to July 2010. A graduate of the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague, which Julius attended from 1989 to 1993, this culinary expert brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the culinary industry.
