Alisa Yannello

Alisa Yannello, SPHR, has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Alisa has held various roles at the Bonneville Power Administration, starting in 1990 as Manager of Training & Development, Quality Assurance, and Staffing at Nordstrom.

Throughout their career, Yannello has demonstrated expertise in areas such as workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management. Alisa has also overseen HR programs and initiatives, including culture enrichment, HR advisory services, learning and development, and recruitment and classification.

At present, Yannello holds the position of Chief Culture Officer within the Strategy and Workforce Organization at the Bonneville Power Administration. In this role, they focus on driving an energized and engaged workplace through connection, education, action, and inclusive practices.
