Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee serves as the People (HR) Analytics Manager at Bonterra since February 2022, contributing to the strategic analytics and workforce planning within the organization. Previously, Jessica held the position of Manager, Talent Operations at Inovalon, where responsibilities included leading data analysis efforts and supporting talent acquisition strategies. Prior roles included Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Avalere, Senior Recruiter at Atos, and various recruiting positions at Peak Health Solutions, Leidos Health, and Lotus Clinical Research. Jessica began a career in consulting as an Associate Research Analyst with Consulting Measurement Group, Inc. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA, obtained in 2005.
