Kalpana Sharma has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2015. Kalpana began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Guideman Consulting. In 2017, they took on an HR Intern role at 9.9 Mediaworx Private Limited, where they assisted in designing and coordinating the recruitment process. In 2018, they were a Human Resource at Zashed Fashiontech Pvt. Ltd., where they built the team from 7 people to 25-30 employees in two months and initiated various weekend engagement activities. From 2019 to 2021, Kalpana worked at OSIM India (A Division of Paramount Surgimed Ltd.) as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Executive. In their roles, they managed the employee life cycle of 300+ employees in Manufacturing, Healthcare and Retail industry, and was in charge of all HR functions such as Recruitment, T&D, compensation, employee engagement and grievances. Currently, Kalpana is an Assistant Manager- HR at boodmo - spare parts expert.

Kalpana Sharma has a comprehensive educational background in Human Resources Management/ Marketing Management and Biochemistry. Kalpana obtained a Master of Business Administration from Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Delhi University between 2012 and 2015.
