Edward Toogood

Edward Toogood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk at Boohoo Group PLC since October 2017, Edward previously held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Moneysupermarket.com from February 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included leading the Internal Audit function. Edward's background also includes roles as Commercial Audit Manager and Financial Forensics Manager at The Co-operative Group, where team leadership and internal control assessments were key duties. Prior experience includes positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers as an auditor, where Edward qualified as a chartered accountant in September 2006. Edward holds an ACA from ICAEW as well as a 2:1 degree in Accounting from Cardiff University.
