Jessica Ruiz has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they served as a Logistics Coordinator for BIOTEC Asociación de Alumnos de Biotecnología del ITESM CEM, where they created and designed the annual Biotechnology congress for over 300 people and coordinated with sponsors, exhibitors, student committees, and diverse stakeholders during event planning. Jessica also maintained an accurate inventory of supplies, planning and placing purchase orders, researching vendors for best values, obtained regulatory permits, and produced status and budget reports.

In 2016, Jessica worked as a Systems Analyst Trainee for SESEI Ingenieros S. de R.L. de C.V., where they assisted in the development of the company webpage design, architecture, layout, and graphics. Jessica also collected data, software, and hardware requirements per team: Operations, Marketing, Finance, & Executives, and excelled in managing and organizing projects as well as resolving system data discrepancies, errors, and omissions with thoroughness, by implementing new policies and processes.

In 2018, Jessica took on the role of Project Coordinator for PPD, where they led and coordinated three clinical trials ensuring quality, consistency, and integration of study data and progress operational deliverables to time, cost, and quality objectives from study specifications through start-up, to close-out. Jessica also served as the first point of contact for third-party vendors, sponsors, procurement, and finance department throughout the study, and created KPIs for each one implementing macros and pivot tables tailored for each system.

In 2020, Jessica worked as an Academic Tutor for Distinct Learning Center, providing group and one in one math and science (chemistry, biology, physics) classes to kids from 1st grade to 12th as a part-time teacher while studying Project Management Diploma. Jessica also coordinated the successful transition from on-site classes electronic Learning Management System (LMS) within 2 weeks on a 100% basis and served as a trainer for the current teachers during software implementation.

Currently, Jessica is a Bilingual Onboarding Specialist for Book4Time Inc., where they consult with clients to identify their system/software requirements, configures the client's account prior to delivery, ensuring the business requirements are met, and schedules, facilitates, and personalizes the training program for each assigned client project, ensuring training deliverables are met within allocated timelines.

Jessica Ruiz completed a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2018. Jessica then obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Universidad Anáhuac in 2019-2020. Most recently, they completed a Post-Graduate Certification in Project Management from St. Lawrence College in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in April 2021 and an OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor - Health & Safety Certification from Applus+ in December 2017.
