Christian Richter

Christian Richter has over 10 years of experience in the professional world. In 2011, they began their career with Continental Automotive GmbH as a Softwareprojektmanagement & Entwicklungssubcontracting, managing the project management in software development, scripting, and programming the evaluation of performance and project data, and scripting tools for subcontract management and software project management. In 2013, they moved on to Diverse Auftraggeber as a Hochschulpolitik und politische Beratung. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at selaestus Personal Management GmbH in two roles, Projektmanager Executive Search and Executive Search. In 2017, they were a Project Manager IT-Recruiting (ext.) at ERGO Group AG. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at wefox as a Recruitment Manager and Project Manager (for ONE Insurance). In 2020, they joined OUTFITTERY as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner Tech. Christian currently holds the role of Head of People & Culture at bookingkit since 2022.

Christian Richter is currently enrolled at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
