Nadia Westlund has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nadia is currently the Director of Customer Success at BookNook, a position they assumed in February 2023. Prior to this, Nadia held the role of Manager of Customer Success at the same company from October 2022 to February 2023. Nadia also served as the Implementation Team Lead from January 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining BookNook, Nadia worked at Learning Ally as a Senior Implementation Success Manager from July 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Achieve3000 as a Senior Curriculum and Implementation Project Manager from March 2019 to July 2019, and as a Curriculum and Implementation Project Manager from August 2016 to July 2019.

Nadia's earlier work experience includes a role as Dean of Discipline/Assistant Principal at Our Lady of Fatima School from July 2014 to August 2016, and as an Activities Director at St. Monica Catholic High School from July 2012 to June 2014.

Nadia Westlund began their education at UCLA in 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Nadia completed their undergraduate education in 2005. After a brief gap, Nadia enrolled at National University in 2008. Nadia obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education, specializing in Social Sciences. During this period, Nadia also obtained a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Sciences from National University. Nadia completed their education at National University in 2010.
