Aljhon Lugue

Aljhon Lugue has been working in the sales industry since 2014. Aljhon started as a Team Lead Manager at ibex and held the same role at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they joined BooksTime as a Sales Manager. In both Team Lead Manager roles, they were responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensuring its strong presence, and owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Aljhon Lugue attended St. Paul University Manila from 2010 to 2012. Aljhon has also obtained two certifications: Continuing of Professional Development from IMC Institute in November 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from IMC Institute in November 2021.
