Maxwell Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maxwell began their career as a Duty Manager at Cambrian Hotel and Bar in 2013, where they helped with event planning and communication. Maxwell then worked as a Bartender at The Claregate for a brief period in 2017. Maxwell later joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2017 as an Assistant Manager, managing a fleet of vehicles and contributing to business growth targets. In 2018, they transitioned to JPS Selection Ltd as an Executive Search Consultant, fulfilling recruitment requirements globally. From 2020 to 2023, Maxwell worked at Ashley James Technology as a Senior Consultant, specializing in talent placement for various SaaS vendors. In 2023, they joined Emerald Technology as an Executive Search specialist and later moved to Boomi as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Principal.
