Elle Westphal

Elle Westphal has worked in various sales and marketing roles since 2004. Elle began their career as a Pastry Chef at Sunflower Restaurant in 2004. In 2005, they became Sales Manager at Wild Divine, where they managed wholesale sales of biofeedback products. In 2006, they worked as an Account Manager at Retail Channel, and as Director of Sales- Advertising at The Guide to Health and Healing. In 2007, they worked as a Consultant as Director of Sales. In 2008, they became Integrative Media Account Manager at New Hope Natural Media, where they managed media sales. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Nu Century Herbs as Director of Sales and Marketing, where they were responsible for brand awareness, product development, and sales of CPGs. In 2015, they became Account Executive at Nutrexin USA. Since 2016, they have been Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Boost Oxygen LLC, where they manage retailers, distributors, and reps, and orchestrates marketing campaigns for the Rocky Mountain States.

Elle Westphal attended Michigan State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a B.A. in Business Management. From 2002 to 2002, they attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and earned a Pastry Arts Certificate. In 2004, they attended Naropa University and earned a BA in Contemplative Psychology in 2007. Elle also attended St. Norbert's from 1973 to 1981, but did not receive a degree. Additionally, they have a C.E. in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado, but it is unclear when they earned this.
