Aris Lallas

Aris Lallas has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry, spanning multiple roles and companies. ARIS is currently serving as the SVP, Exclusive Brands at Boot Barn, where they focus on providing quality western and work gear. Prior to this, they held various positions at White House Black Market, including SVP - Design, Trend & Concept. Aris also worked as a Consultant at Mind+Share 76 Consulting, where they provided brand management consulting services. ARIS has had significant experience at Hot Cotton, May Merchandising Corporation, Jerry Leigh Entertainment & Licensed Apparel, and Walt Disney, where they held leadership roles in product development and general merchandise management. Overall, Aris Lallas has a diverse background in the fashion and retail industry, with a focus on design, trend, and concept development.

Aris Lallas earned a Master's of Professional Studies in Psychology of Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Brand Management course at Kellogg Executive Education in 2020. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Leadership in Creative Enterprise from DePaul University. Aris has additional certifications in Protection of Human Research Subjects - Biomedical course from the CITI Program obtained in June 2021, Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) - Basic from the CITI Program, and Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
