Francisco Costa Reis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Francisco started their career in 2013 as a Consultant at Escalaplauso, where they gained knowledge in Stage Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, and Audio/Visuals. During their time there, they were responsible for managing technical proposals, administrative tasks, wage processing, vacations, and schedule management. Francisco also contributed to market promotion through webpage, newsletters, graphic catalogues, adverts, and marketing solutions.
In 2017, Francisco joined Michael Page as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. In this role, they worked in different areas of recruitment, including traditional consultancy and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Francisco developed a vast knowledge of the Portuguese markets, specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and IT roles. Francisco also demonstrated proficiency in recruitment techniques, stakeholder management, and engagement. Their experience with different ATS platforms and certification as a Hogan Personality Test interviewer further enhanced their recruitment skills. Additionally, they were involved in employee onboarding processes.
Francisco then joined DefinedCrowd Corp. in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later became a People Partner. DefinedCrowd is an intelligent data platform for machine learning, where they combined crowdsourcing and speech, NLP, and machine learning capabilities to accelerate enterprise data training and modeling. Francisco successfully managed global data collection and training programs, supporting the company's mission to enable enterprises to easily manage their data initiatives.
In 2022, Francisco worked as a Senior People Specialist at WIT, where they contributed their expertise in HR to support the organization's people-related initiatives.
Currently, Francisco is employed at Boozt as an HR Partner (Platform).
Francisco Costa Reis completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Católica Porto Business School from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Universidade do Porto, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Francisco also acquired certifications in Hogan Assessment Systems' Hogan Certification in June 2017 and ISQ's Segurança dos Trabalhos em Altura in September 2016.
