Carlos Sanz is a highly experienced culinary professional with over 20 years in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Boqueria Restaurants since July 2023. Previously, Carlos held the position of President at CES Restaurants, where the focus was on enhancing restaurant performance and profitability through operational improvements. Other notable roles include Director of Culinary/Corporate Executive Chef at Paul Fleming Restaurants LLC and Regional Executive Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Carlos has also worked as Executive Chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, among other leadership positions.
