Alex Madrazo

Alex Madrazo has over 25 years of work experience in the legal field. Alex is currently serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at Borden Dairy Company since January 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Dean Foods as the Vice President and Division General Counsel for Commercial and Operations from January 2000 to October 2017. Before joining Dean Foods, they worked as a Senior Attorney at Mary Kay Inc. from June 1998 to December 1999. Alex began their career at Locke Lord LLP as a Litigation and Bankruptcy Associate from May 1993 to May 1998.

Alex Madrazo completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Financial Planning and Services at Purdue University from 1982 to 1987. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at SMU Dedman School of Law.
