Pal Theie

Pal Theie has extensive work experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on project management, plant availability, and engineering. Pal has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Senior Project Director and Vice President of Plant Availability & Turnarounds at Borealis. Pal has also led a large technology team in the development of proprietary polyolefin technology.
