Wladimir Kovalenko

Wladimir Kovalenko has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Wladimir started their career at LCL as a Product Manager Jr in 2005. Wladimir then joined Finadvice AG as a Senior Analyst in 2007 and later became a Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Verbund as a Financial Controller and later transitioned into the M&A department from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Borealis as a Controller for the Nitrogen business and JVs. Wladimir held various roles within Borealis, including heading the controlling team for the Nitrogen Business with over 2,000 employees and an asset footprint of over 1 billion euros across Europe. Wladimir also served as the Secretary of the management board for the Nitrogen division and acted as the CFO of the Nitrogen Business on an interim basis. Wladimir'smain areas of expertise include FP&A, M&A, Turnaround, and controlling.

Wladimir Kovalenko earned a Master's degree from Audencia from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they completed an MBA at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2006.
