John Crouser

John Crouser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John has held various roles in the field of Human Resources, demonstrating their expertise in managing employee relations, policies, and practices. In their most recent position as a Human Resources Director at the Borough of West Chester, they oversee HR activities for a large organization. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager in different companies, including CTDI, Loparex, The Martin-Brower Company, and M3 USA. John also has a notable background in the military, with extensive experience in leadership, recruitment, and personnel management during their time in the United States Marine Corps.

John Crouser's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Park University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration at Troy University.
