Heather Heeter

Heather Heeter is the Business Unit Leader for the Transportation Division for Borton-Lawson Engineering. With over 17 years of experience, Heather has a successful track record of delivering a wide range of Transportation Projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC). Her main responsibilities include overseeing the operations and sales for the Transportation Division; including business development, client management, and strategic planning. Her strong attention to detail and extensive project delivery experience ensures that projects get completed on time and within budget.
