Neha Mohan has worked in various roles since 2004. Neha began their career as an Asst. Manager Business Development at RPG Life Sciences Ltd., where they conducted market research, designed product presentations, and handled the credit and collection function. In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at the University of California Berkeley. In 2009, they volunteered at Community Technology Network (CTN). In 2010, they worked as an SEM Analyst at Healthline Networks, Inc., where they created and optimized campaigns to effectively fulfill Advertiser’s impression goals. In 2011, they worked as an Account Manager at Kenshoo, a digital media optimization platform. Since 2019, they have been working as a Business Development - Inside Sales at Boster Biological Technology, where they run the Inside Sales team, handles customer grievances, and onboard custom project clients.

Neha Mohan has a diverse educational background. Neha first attended Mussoorie International School from 1989 to 1997, where they completed their high school studies. Neha then went on to earn their BSc in Biotechnology from Nagpur University from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they obtained their MBA in Marketing in Biotech from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they earned their Project Management (Dpm.) from the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2009.
