Denis Vaughan, MD, FACOG, MRCPI has a diverse work experience in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Denis currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Research and Reproductive Endocrinologist at Boston IVF since August 2020. Denis is also a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School since August 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Dr. Vaughan worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University starting from July 2017. Denis focused on germline biology with a specific interest in CRISPR editing of spermatozoa under the guidance of PI Kevin Eggan.

Before joining Harvard University, they served as a Fellow in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Boston IVF from July 2017 to June 2020.

Dr. Denis Vaughan obtained their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians and the Society of Apothecaries (MB BCh BAO, LRCP & SI) degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) between 2004 and 2009. Following this, they completed their Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland (MRCPI) from The Royal College of Physicians in Ireland between 2010 and 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Vaughan pursued a Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tufts University School of Medicine. Finally, they completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School from 2017 to 2020.
