Laura Garro Vindas

Laura Garro Vindas currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Biomerics since July 2023, having previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist. From May 2019 to July 2023, Laura worked at Mucap as Encargada de Formación y Desarrollo. Additionally, a role as Psicóloga at Consulta Privada spanned from March 2017 to July 2023, focusing on individual and couple psychotherapy, as well as support groups for adults and adolescents. Earlier experience includes serving as Asistente de Talento & Cultura at Grupo Bursátil Aldesa from November 2015 to May 2019 and as Analista Regional HCM SAP in Recursos Humanos at BAC|Credomatic Network from April 2015 to November 2015, where duties involved assisting end-users with payroll and personnel processes. Laura Garro Vindas holds a Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Hispanoamericana (2010-2016), completed a Speak Plus program in conversational English at Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano (2012-2013), and is pursuing a degree in Directivo Coach from Global Coaching Institute since 2008.
