Claire Tylke

Claire Tylke is an experienced operations assistant currently working at Boston Area Gleaners, Inc. since January 2022. Tylke previously held various roles, including supervisor and guide as well as site manager at Charles River Canoe & Kayak from May 2020 to September 2022. In earlier positions, Tylke served as an archaeology technician at UVM Consulting Archaeology Program and as a leader at UVM Wilderness Trek. Additional experience includes serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Vermont, site director at BPRW Recreation and Nutrition Program, camp counselor at B.R. Ryall YMCA, field hockey coach at Glen Ellyn Park District, and store cashier and clerk at The Bookstore. Tylke earned a degree in Anthropology and Chinese, with a focus on Environmental and Public Anthropology, Archaeology, and Religion from the University of Vermont between 2016 and 2020.
