Nadine Ungerer is the current Head of Customer Success at Botpress. Nadine has an extensive background in strategic development and operations, which they perfected during their time as the General Manager at Isabella Garcia International. Nadine was responsible for being part of the executive team that focused on overall company strategies and operations, as well as managing a team of developers. Nadine was also responsible for developing new business processes to increase productivity in people and processes. In their role as Project Manager and Business Analyst, Nadine liaised with relevant stakeholders to elicit requirements, documented business requirements and process flow, and coordinated project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions. Nadine's experience and skills have allowed their to excel in their current role at Botpress.

Nadine Ungerer has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Bsc, Actuarial and Financial Mathematics from University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. Nadine also attended Hoërskool Die Wilgers.

Their manager is Sylvain Perron, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Marc Mercier - Chief of Staff to CEO, Jean-Bernard Perron - CFO, and Paola Patti - Head of People Operations.
