Paola has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles as Human Resources Director, HR Manager, and Manager of Compensation & International Assig. Paola has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that improve employee engagement and support business goals. Paola is passionate about building strong teams and creating an inclusive workplace culture.

Paola Patti studied sociology at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
