Cyril Gourhand

Cyril GOURHAND is a highly experienced professional in the fields of architecture and project management, currently serving as the Directeur Travaux International et nouveaux concepts at Boulangerie Ange since January 2017. In this role, Cyril GOURHAND oversees the organization and implementation of new projects for the group, including concepts such as La CAGE, Ange Coffee Shop, and O'Frais, while also facilitating international expansion. Previously, Cyril GOURHAND held various positions, including Directeur Technique at the same group where responsibilities encompassed the supervision of real estate projects and the management of an annual budget of approximately 22 million euros. Additional experience includes leadership roles in construction projects for McDonald's France and significant contributions to project development at MARCHAL TECHNOLOGIES and Atelier Archi'TM. Cyril GOURHAND holds a DPLG degree in Architecture from Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Val-de-Seine.
