Sara Young

Sara Young is the Vice President of Partner Success at Boulder Care. Sara has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on customer success.

Sara began their career as a consultant at Mercer, where they worked for five years. Sara then transitioned to HDMS, where they were a product manager for six years. In 2013, Sara joined Castlight Health as Senior Director of Customer Success. At Castlight, they were responsible for leading a national team of Customer Success Managers supporting Anthem Engage.

In 2020, Sara left Castlight to join Livongo as Director of Client Success. Livongo was acquired by Teladoc Health in 2021, and Sara is now responsible for renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction for Teladoc's large strategic customers.

Sara Young received their MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Sara received their BS in Vertebrate physiology from Penn State University.

Sara Young reports to Stephanie Strong, Founder & CEO. Sara Young works with Margarita Gutierrez - Executive Assistant & Project Manager, Noel Van Dyke - Director, People Operations, and Rose Bromka - Chief of Staff.
