Bill Banks

Bill Banks is an experienced User Experience (UX) professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Director of User Experience at Bounteous since December 2014, Bill has held several positions within the company, including Director and Associate Director of User Experience. Prior to Bounteous, Bill worked at DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media, contributing as a Senior Web Designer and web designer, where responsibilities included product design and front-end development of applications for faculty and students. Other notable positions include UX Consultant at Chicago Sun-Times, Web Analytics Consultant at McDonald's Corporation, and Manager of Online Publishing at Imagination Publishing. Bill possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from DePaul University and has a diverse background in web design, product development, and team management across various industries.
