Cynthia Van Wingerden

Cynthia Miller is a professional with experience in civil engineering and a strong background in project management. Currently working as a Quality Management Specialist at Bouten Construction Company, Cynthia has also held roles such as Project Engineer at various companies including Granite Construction. As a member and President of the Society of Women Engineers, Cynthia is actively involved in the engineering community, particularly as the President for the Washington State University Sections. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, Cynthia has a solid educational foundation to support their practical experience in the field.
