Thierry Vitoux

Thierry Vitoux, born in 1959, is Director of Operators and a member of the General Management Committee of Bouygues Telecom.

TRAINING AND CAREER

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 1981, he began his career in 1983 at Bouygues Construction where he held various general management positions in regional units.

HIS CAREER AT BOUYGUES TELECOM

He joined Bouygues Telecom in 2000 to launch operations in the West Indies – Guyana. Back in mainland France, in 2001 he took over the management of the operation and deployment of the Network, to which was added in 2002 the management of Network Operations.

In May 2003, Thierry Vitoux took charge of international development, including Roaming activities, and the presidency of Bouygues Telecom Caraïbes.

In 2007, he took charge of the Diversification department, bringing together the activities of Wholesale, M2M, IoT, Sans Contact, and led the partnership and acquisition projects led by Bouygues Telecom.

He joined the General Management Committee in 2017.

In January 2022, he became Director of Operations.
