Alyssa Melanson

Alyssa Melanson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the VP of HR at Bowery Farming, where they lead various teams and serves as an HR partner to several executives. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR, HQ at Bowery Farming, focusing on HR strategy and operations. Alyssa also worked at Nordeus as an HR Leader and HR Partner, responsible for leading HR teams and creating people programs. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at BuzzFeed and held multiple roles at Condé Nast, including HR Manager & Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Alyssa began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Urban Engineers, Inc.
