Bryan Bischoff

Bryan Bischoff has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and coaching. Bryan is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bowery Farming, where they lead the recruitment strategy and execution across various operations and agricultural sciences. Prior to this, they worked at L'Oréal as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Marketing, Digital, Creative, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Bryan also served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Vitamin Shoppe, overseeing corporate hiring needs. Additionally, Bryan worked as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Townsend & Associates, Inc., servicing clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries. Bryan began their career as an Assistant Football Coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they recruited student-athletes and held coaching duties.

Bryan Bischoff has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Business Administration from Monmouth University. Bryan also holds a Master of Arts degree in Sports Administration/Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
