Brian O'Shea

Brian O'Shea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian is currently working at Bowery Farming as the Director of People Experience & Leadership Support. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Children's Place, including Associate Manager in the Office of the COO and Office of the CEO. Brian also worked at Ross Stores, Inc. as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Brian started their career at American Express, where they served as a Manager/Chief of Staff in the Technology department and as an Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources in World Service. Before that, Brian worked at Elon University as an Assistant to the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students.

Brian O'Shea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elon University in the years 2000 to 2004. Brian then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies at Wake Forest University from 2005 to 2010.
