Ben Caird

Ben Caird is an experienced operations and sales professional with a diverse background in the gas services and automotive industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Boxergy since August 2022, Ben previously held the role of Operations Manager at The Edinburgh Boiler Company, where support was provided to office and field staff while implementing new sales processes to enhance revenue and conversion rates. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Consultant at John Clark Motor Group, achieving high sales targets for Jaguar and Land Rover, and Business Manager at Peter Vardy Ltd, where training and management of the new car sales department were successfully executed. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as an Independent Contractor at Caird Gas Services and as a Gas Engineer with British Gas, developing essential technical skills and customer service expertise throughout a progressive career in gas engineering.
