Ekbal Gomaa

Ekbal Gomaa has been working at Boxit Storage since 2021 as a Customer Service Lead. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, they were employed at du, where they held the role of Trainer. In this role, they delivered training with close supervision to new hires, established training needs, and scheduled training sessions. Ekbal also worked at improving and closing the system and knowledge gaps between customers and operation.

Ekbal Gomaa attended the Law University English Department from 2013 to 2017, where they studied International Law and Legal Studies.
