Sarah Sain has extensive experience in content services and editorial roles. Sarah is currently Vice President of Content Services at Naylor Association Solutions, where they lead the Naylor Content Services Group and oversees content strategy, editorial services, and production design and layout operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Content, Member Communications, where they managed a team of content strategists and served as a liaison between departments to improve products and services. Sarah also held the position of Senior Content Strategy and Development Manager, where they were the primary customer service contact for Naylor's clients and managed all aspects of publication production. Before joining Naylor, Sarah worked as an editor, primarily working with association clients to produce content-targeted publications. Sarah also has previous experience as an Assistant Local News Editor at The Gainesville Sun, a Copy Editor at the Los Angeles Times, and an Advertising Design Supervisor at The Independent Florida Alligator.

Sarah Sain, CAE, earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in February 2020. Furthermore, they have earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
