Tobias Hauser

Tobias Hauser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2006, they began their career as a Restaurant Team Member at Jones Barbeque. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, where they provided sales and service support to customers. At Jones Barbeque from 2012 to 2014, Tobias served as a Supervisor, overseeing revenue execution and ensuring efficient and friendly service.

In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Product Advisor, where they received awards for customer experience and revenue generation. From 2015 to 2016, Tobias worked at Parlor Live Comedy Club as a Bar-Back, Expo/Busser, managing two jobs simultaneously. Tobias then joined O'Reilly Auto Parts as a Parts Specialist - Management Trainee, where they utilized their mechanical knowledge to provide advice on parts and manage store displays.

In 2015, Tobias took on multiple roles simultaneously. Tobias served as a Substitute Youth Development Associate at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, contributing to youth programs and maintaining a safe environment. At Monkey Loft, they worked as an Assistant Manager, responsible for bar operations and staff training, and also as a Bartender, preparing beverages and attending to customer preferences.

From 2015 to 2018, Tobias worked at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in various roles. As STEM Education Coordinator & Web Content Manager, they oversaw the planning, implementation, and assessment of the club's STEM program. Tobias also served as the STEM Task Force Coordinator and STEM Curriculum Manager for King County, leading the development of curriculum and securing grants. Furthermore, Tobias worked as a Program Manager and Program Director, managing career internship programs, handling fiscal management, and maintaining strong customer relations.

In 2020, they briefly joined Amazon as an Amazon Warehouse Team Member. In 2021, Tobias founded Hauser Code, assuming the role of Founder & CEO, and focused on their entrepreneurial pursuits.
