Tatiana Rios Garza is the Leadership Programs Manager at Boys & Girls Club of Elgin. Tatiana previously worked for the Boys and Girls Club of Dundee Township, where they were responsible for developing and managing youth programs.

Tatiana has a passion for working with young people and helping them to reach their full potential. Tatiana is committed to providing quality programs that promote positive youth development and provide opportunities for young people to grow and thrive.

Tatiana Rios Garza has a certification in medical/clinical assistant from Computer Systems Institute.
